Scott County United is the economic development organization for Georgetown and Scott County.  The board consists of government officials and directors, CEO's, owner of businesses, executive directors of organizations and representatives of state government.  They meet on a monthly basis on the 4th Wednesday at 4:00 pm in the Thomas & King Conference Center.  Visitors and speakers are by invitation only.
